Praia do Forte – Tour

One of the most popular destinations of the north shore, Praia do Forte has 14 km of beautiful beaches with clear waters, reefs, natural swimming pools and many colorful fishes and also has environmental reserves and the ruins of the Castelo Garcia d’Avila, the first Portuguese fortification in Brazilian territory.

Praia do Forte has the full infrastructure: Resorts, hotels, bars, restaurants and shops ranging from local crafts to international brands located along the Villa da Praia. Apart from all these attractions, you can still visit the Tamar Project that cares about the Sea Turtles Protection and participate in the release of newborn turtles to the sea, which occurs from December to February.
