Organic Cocoa Farm – Tour

We will make an unforgettable tour of the farm where we will walk through an organic cocoa plantation. We get to know the history of cocoa, harvesting, drying, fermentation and of course we will taste this fruit that is so special. We will also learn about the cultivation of the regional and organic agriculture to the chocolate manufacturing process! Finally, we will follow the production of cocoa liquor made from the fruit’s “honey” that tastes like nothing else.

Included: Transportation, tasting cocoa, cocoa liquor and some tropical fruits.
