Cooking Class – Community of Uruguay – Tour
This Tour is very specific and dynamic, it happens in a Traditional Community of Salvador together with the Cooks & Candy Association (ADOCCI), formed by ladies of the Community itself who cook and teach the art of gastronomy for lovers of good cuisine. The community about 30min by car from the City Center. On the arrival, we will be presented with a short history of the projects developed. After this moment, we will walk until the local fair to buy some ingredients for the class.
Returning to the head office, the ladies will start the class, teaching to prepare a Mixed Moqueca and a typical dessert. We will have at the end of the class the pleasure of enjoying a delicious lunch that we ourselves will help to prepare. This moment serves as well as a good opportunity to talk and exchange information and experiences with the ladies and the local guide (young person who knows everything about the reality of the Community).
